- Italy (including San Marino and Vatican City): from 1 to 3 working days;
- World Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and UK): from 1 to 5 working days;
- Rest of the world: times vary depending on destination, customs procedures in force, etc...

During our busy or peak holiday seasons, we will try our best to guarantee your parcels to arrive on time, but due to high volume and/or unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slight delays in delivery of your orders.
Unfortunately, once the courier accepts a parcel, we are no longer liable for the shipment.
Understandably, no refund can be issued for returned and delayed orders due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect our couriers.
Due to the ongoing farmers' strike in Italy and Europe, some national and international connections are being delayed. The French territory is the most affected at the moment, but we cannot exclude impacts on the smooth running of delivery activities also in Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK.
