The order confirmation is sent immediately to the same email address you entered in the contact information.
If you assume you have not received this confirmation message:
- please check your SPAM folder, just in case;
- you could have entered your email address with a typo, so this would mean we cannot send you any further communication about the order and the tracking;
- your payment has been refused or delayed (several successive failed payment attempts, wrong CVV or CVC, delayed processing of pre-authorisation by the banking circuit).
