If you're already registered on 24Bottles.com, you can access your personal profile by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner or here.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the dedicated page (find it here): enter your email and you will receive a message to reset it.
What you will find in your personal area.
In the Profile section, you can enter a default shipping address and add others as well. You can manage your addresses and modify and/or delete them as you wish.
If you want to enter billing information, at the moment it is not possible to add this information to your profile; if you need an invoice, we ask you to contact our Support team for assistance.
In the My Orders section, you can view and manage your purchases, checking the preparation status of your order. You will also have access to the details of your purchases.
If you prefer, you can also place your orders as a Guest, without registering on 24Bottles.com.
If you want to verify the data you have provided to us, in case you wish to delete your account, please contact our Support team for assistance. We will handle your request and confirm the deletion of your profile.
