During Black Friday and Holiday season 2024, orders placed on 24Bottles.com and at our Flagship stores in Rome and Milan between November 22nd and December 22nd, 2024 benefit from an extended return period, until January 15th, 2025 included. Beyond these dates, the 14-day return period applies.
The right of return it is valid only for purchases made in our online boutique 24bottles.com or at our Flagship stores in Rome and Milan.
If the product has been purchased through channels other than 24Bottles.com or our Flagship stores, you can contact our Support team at 24Bottles.com for further advice, but please consider that your request about a possible return can just be managed in any case by the seller.
FREE RETURNS from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy (included San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain.
To ease the process and make sure you can get a free return, before starting the procedure you should know that:
- the product(s) must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions;
- the product(s) should not be personalized, used or washed.
If your request meets all these conditions go to the online form and enter:
- Order number;
- Products to be returned;
- Motivation.
Do not forget (as is required) to share few pictures, framing the inside and the outside of the product(s) you wish to return.
In case your return is approved, we'll send you an email with instructions and a free return.
You can choose between a refund or a voucher redeemable on 24Bottles.com online boutique. And if you may need further assistance about the return procedure, please contact our Support Team anytime.
In case you have paid for the standard shipping and decide to return the entire order, the refund / voucher will also include shipping fees.
The refund will not include any possible “non standard” shipping fees.
Returns from any other country not mentioned above and from extra-EU countries are at your expense as the purchaser.
